  • Require buildings and public green spaces are built to stand up to climate change and other disasters
  • Increase tree canopy and permeable infrastructure to keep neighbourhoods cool and conserve water

Everyone Deserves to Feel Safe, Healthy, and Have Enough Food

  • Prioritize development that enhances social equity, avoids disturbing natural spaces, and minimizes long-term infrastructure maintenance costs
  • Make social support programs accessible everywhere, not just in certain neighbourhoods
